| 2006 Inscription Winners |
|
Inscription's inaugural scriptwriting winners were chosen from a field of 229 scripts. There were winners from a broad cross-section of the Australian arts community. The scripts explored a host of contemporary issues including the Cronulla riots, Tasmania's place in the national consciousness and the pitfalls of fame in the modern world. Each scriptwriter had their work personally critiqued by triple Pulitzer Award winning playwright, Edward Albee.
